• Property and situation details you provide: condition, timeline, reason for selling, and anything else you choose to share by form, phone, text, or email.
• Consent records: the date, time, page, and form of any consent you submit, and your IP address.
• Automatic / device data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and dates and times of visits.
• Advertising & analytics identifiers: cookies, pixels, and click identifiers (such as Google Click ID and Facebook Click ID) and campaign parameters (UTM tags).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, or biometric data through our forms, and we ask that you not submit it.

When you submit a form and check the consent box, you give your prior express written consent to receive calls and text messages from Summit National Offer about your property, including by automated dialing system, prerecorded message, and artificial or AI voice, at the number you provide. This consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. You may ask to be placed on our internal do-not-call list. We retain records of your consent as required by law.
