2. No Guarantee of an Offer or Sale

Submitting your information does not create any obligation on either side. Any cash offer we make is provided at our sole discretion, is not a guarantee of purchase, and may be subject to inspection, title review, and other conditions. We do not guarantee that you will receive an offer, that an offer will be on any particular terms, or that any transaction will close.
